From the tranquil waters of Golfo Dulce to the rainforests of Corcovado National Park, guests explore one of the most biodiverse regions on the planet. Activities include kayaking through untouched mangroves, snorkeling at Caño Island, and participating in marine conservation efforts at Punta Adela.
On land, guests visit a traditional cacao farm near Puerto Jiménez and enjoy a white-water rafting adventure on the Savegre River. Secluded beaches, diverse water activities, attentive service, and a strong sustainability focus create a balanced journey of adventure, relaxation, and meaningful connection with nature.

Our Expedition Leader will be waiting for you at Marina Bahía Golfito. After a short walk, you will embark aboard Kontiki Wayra for check-in.
Our Captain and crew will extend a warm welcome, while the onboard concierge conducts the welcome briefing and oversees cabin assignments.
Join us on the sundeck as we set sail toward Golfo Dulce, enjoying a spectacular sunset over the Pacific.
In the evening, a safety and expedition briefing will take place prior to the Welcome Dinner.
Welcome to Los Mogos and pamper yourself with a day to relax and indulge in this secluded natural spa of calm waters while you peacefully take your surroundings in for a well-deserved me-time. A guided Kayak expedition will let you discover the pristine mangroves in the nearby Rio Esquinas and its very unique ecosystem.
Return to the yacht and enjoy a wonderful lunch in a secluded beach where our chefs will prepare a feast with the freshest seafood and local flavors.
Admire the lush rainforest blending with the emerald waters ashore, while you hear the crisp sound of the falling leaves, keeping an eye out for playful monkeys or macaws that inhabit the area. Oceanic club deployed.

Arrive at Punta Adela for a truly unique underwater experience: a submerged coral trail that forms part of an ongoing restoration project aimed at rebuilding coral populations in Golfo Dulce. This rare tropical fjord serves as a vital nursery for numerous marine species, including hammerhead sharks. Expect vibrant schools of fish and diverse marine life throughout the exploration.
Return to the yacht for lunch.
In the afternoon, disembark at Puerto Jiménez harbor to visit Finca Kobo, a traditional Costa Rican cacao farm. Here, you’ll journey through the history of Theobroma cacao, learning about its cultivation and harvest while tasting the fruit fresh from the tree. Discover the artisanal chocolate-making process and indulge in tropical fruits and freshly prepared chocolate fondue.

Disembark in Corcovado National Park with a wet landing in the beach at La Sirena ranger station. The crown jewel of the South Pacific, Corcovado sits like an emerald crown on the Osa Peninsula. Renowned as one of the most biodiverse places on Earth, its ancient rainforests teeming with life.
Towering trees pierce the sky, their limbs draped in emerald vines and vibrant bromeliads. Scarlet macaws flash through the canopy, their calls echoing through the humid air. Tapirs, elusive and shy, weave through the undergrowth, while spider monkeys swing acrobatically from branch to branch. Jaguars, the apex predators of these wild lands, stalk unseen, their presence a whisper on the forest floor.

Arrive in Isla del Caño and disembark in a unique underwater expedition to discover one of the largest and best-preserved coral reefs in the Pacific Ocean. This island is not only an amazing spot for snorkeling and scuba diving, but it also has great conditions for the upbringing of young Humpback whales, and it is not uncommon to see them around during whale season (July - September).
Enjoy a morning of a guided snorkeling expedition.

Afternoon of marine activities with the oceanic club deployed: Slide, piers, seabobs, kayaks, SUPs, island, etc.

After breakfast, a private transfer will take us for a 60-minute ride to Savegre River for a special White-Water Rafting Class. Savegre River offers II and III-class rapids in the purest waters of Costa Rica. Its bends and turns offer adrenaline and excitement to people of all ages and no previous experience in rafting is required. Prepare to admire exuberant flora and abundant fauna around, floating down and even hopping off your raft to swim in calmer waters.
Return to the yacht for lunch.
Enjoy an afternoon sailing to Nicoya Gulf with spectacular views of the Pacific seascape and a marvelous sunset.

Alcatraz Island
Anchor at Alcatraz Island, a secluded haven off the coast of Costa Rica, where the only footprints you will find are your own. Our fleet of SUPs, kayaks, and the oceanic club awaits, inviting you to explore the island’s pristine coastline. Snorkel alongside schools of colorful fish and sea turtles, hop aboard a Seabob and effortlessly glide through the crystal-clear water, feeling like part of your surroundings.
After a morning of exhilarating activities, enjoy the calm of a secluded beach. Sunbathe at the shore, sip refreshing cocktails, and let the gentle waves lull you into a state of bliss. As the day unfolds, prepare to savor a culinary masterpiece. Our chefs will curate a mouthwatering lunch featuring the freshest local seafood and seasonal produce.
