5 Day Costa Rica Itinerary

Day 1: Marina Pez Vela, Quepos

Arrive at Quepos and board the yacht at Marina Pez Vela. Complete check-in procedures, savor a welcome cocktail, and receive a briefing. Set sail for Biesanz Bay to relish the sunset.

Day 2: Savegre River

Upon reaching Savegre River*, embark on a thrilling White Water Rafting Class. Savegre River boasts II and III-class rapids, promising adrenaline and excitement with its twists and turns. As we navigate, immerse yourself in the lush flora and diverse fauna surrounding you. You'll have opportunities to swim in calmer waters and admire the scenery. Enjoy lunch onboard before indulging in afternoon marine activities at Biesanz. Conclude the day with an alfresco dinner.

*Experienced rafters can opt for El Chorro/Naranjo river for a more challenging rafting experience.

Day 3: Del Caño Island

Arrive at Isla del Caño, a paradise where vibrant coral reefs harbor a kaleidoscope of colorful fish, and majestic creatures gracefully traverse the turquoise waters. This biological reserve off the coast of Costa Rica promises an enchanting underwater experience through snorkeling or scuba diving*. Enjoy lunch onboard before sailing in the afternoon to Drake Bay.

*Rendezvous scuba diving is available but requires advanced booking.

Day 4: Corcovado National Park

Step ashore at Corcovado National Park and heed the call of the La Sirena trail, offering an exhilarating hike along the rugged coastline. As you trek past the La Sirena Ranger Station, immerse yourself in the captivating beauty of the secondary forest, where the melodies of nature blend seamlessly with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy lunch onboard before setting sail in the afternoon to Drake Bay.

Day 5: Drake Bay

Enjoy breakfast onboard and complete the check-out process at Drake Bay.

Accommodation in the luxury stateroom of your choice with 2 twin beds or 1 king bed dressed with sustainably sourced cotton.
All meals and snacks prepared fresh daily by our onboard chefs with local organic produce using a balanced mix of traditional and modern techniques. Menu variations are available upon request.
All in land gastronomic experiences beautifully set up by our crew in unique natural locations, following the traditional cuisine of the destination.

5 Day Costa Rica Itinerary Does not Include

International airfare to San José (SJO).
Internal transfer from San José to Quepos.
Hotel accommodation the night before the expedi-tion in San José or Quepos. However, we can assist with information, selection and reservation of 5 star properties.
Fine wine and spirits, available on demand at a cost.
Pre and Post experiences/stays are not included, but we can gladly assist with information, selection and reservation at partner properties in Costa Rica.
