FAQs about Galapagos: Which Galapagos islands do luxury cruises visit?
Luxury Galápagos cruises can reach remote, uninhabited islands that land-based trips cannot easily access, including Genovesa, Fernandina, and Española. Because ships travel between visitor sites overnight, longer itineraries can cover different parts of the archipelago. Depending on the route and wildlife you want to see, itineraries can include the north and central islands, as well as the south and west.

Luxury Galápagos cruises are best booked 9 to 12 months in advance, particularly during the June–December peak season or around major holidays. Some boutique vessels can only accommodate as few as 16 guests, so cabins can sell out quickly. Booking early also gives you a better choice of suites, including those with private balconies, and more options for flights to the islands.
