The payment schedule for entry reservations to Machu Picchu in 2026 has been officially announced. The Decentralized Directorate of Culture in Cusco (DDC Cusco) stated that the initiative aims to streamline and enhance the reservation process for visitors. Payments for the 2026 visits will be available from January 13 through January 17, 2026, ahead of scheduled visit dates spanning from March to July 2026.

Reservations can be made at two specific times each day: at 8:00 a.m. for the morning group and at 12:00 p.m. for the afternoon group. Reservations will remain open until 11:58 p.m. on the same day. For example, reservations for visits set between March 1 and March 15, 2026, can be made starting January 13 at 8:00 a.m. Those visiting from March 16 to March 31 will be able to reserve from noon the same day. This pattern will continue for April, May, June, and July.
