South Plazas & Carrion Point - Galaxy Skape Yacht - Galapagos Cruise
Find out two very different parts of the Galapagos on this Sunday trip to South Plazas and Carrion Point. The day starts with a meeting at 8:15 a.m. In Puerto Ayora. Then a ride to the Itabaca Channel. This adventure includes a visit to the land where animals live and also a chance to see life. A dry landing on South Plazas lets people see sea lions first. Then a path goes through a forest of Opuntia cactus where the Galapagos smallest land iguanas live. The path goes to cliffs where frigatebirds, red-billed tropicbirds, swallow-tailed gulls and pelicans are flying around. The walk also passes the island´s "bachelor colony" of male sea lions. Later snorkeling at Carrion Point gives a chance to see animals under the water like white-tip sharks, fish, sea turtles and rays. The day ends with coming to Puerto Ayora around 4:00 p.m.
