8 Day Peru Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival In Lima

Arrival at Lima's international airport in the afternoon or evening, followed by a private transfer to the hotel. Meet with staff upon arrival and settle into accommodations.

Overnight: Belmond Miraflores Park

Day 2: Lima

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, embark on a 4-hour city tour of Lima, which includes entry to the Cathedral, San Francisco Convent, and its catacombs (private tour with an English-speaking guide). The afternoon is free for leisure.

Day 3: Lima - Cusco - Sacred Valley

Begin with breakfast at the hotel, followed by a transfer to the airport for your flight to Cusco. The remainder of the day is free for relaxation or independent exploration.

Day 5: Sacred Valley - Aguas Calientes - Machu Picchu

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before transferring to Ollantaytambo Station to board the luxurious Hiram-Bingham train to Aguas Calientes. Your guide will not join you on this train journey. Upon arrival, take a shuttle bus to the hotel. Visit the remarkable site of Machu Picchu, then spend the rest of the day at your leisure. Dinner will be served at the hotel.

Day 6: Machu Picchu - Aguas Calientes - Cusco

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel. Meet your guide in the lobby for a private, guided return visit to Machu Picchu (English-speaking guide included). After lunch, board a bus to Aguas Calientes, where you'll take the luxurious Hiram-Bingham train back to Ollantaytambo without your guide. Upon arrival in Cusco, you'll be transferred to the Sacred Valley to collect your main luggage (approximately a 2-hour journey).

Day 7: Cusco
