At INES, chef Juan Carlos Donoso runs the show with his amazing team. Juan Carlos, a chef who honed his skills at the renowned Arzak in the Basque country, showcases his talent in every dish served at the hotel. Between the hotel, the restaurant and other local partners they have established a social initiative to host local talent at NESTS project.
