Day by day

Welcome to the enchanting Galapagos Islands! Your adventure begins as we meet at Puerto Ayora's passenger pier at 12:30. After a hearty lunch onboard, it's time for the eagerly awaited check dive. This essential dive allows us to fine-tune weight requirements and test our equipment, ensuring everything is in perfect order for the upcoming exploration. As the sun sets on the horizon, we gather for a delightful welcome cocktail followed by a scrumptious dinner on board. Nortada sets sail at midnight, bound for our first destination, Punta Carrión.

As the new day dawns, we find ourselves amidst the pristine waters of Punta Carrión or the north-eastern portion of Baltra Island. The morning begins with an exhilarating dive, giving us an opportunity to immerse ourselves in Galapagos' aquatic wonders. After the dive, we savor a delectable breakfast while Nortada refuels in Baltra. Once refueling is complete, we head back to the underwater realm for another remarkable dive. Punta Carrión and Baltra N/E serve as our "warm-up" dives, allowing us to hone our diving procedures and adapt to the surroundings. Keep an eye out for encounters with white-tip reef sharks, Mola-Mola, seahorses, and a mesmerizing array of reef fish, making this a truly memorable day.

Prepare for an adrenaline-packed day with up to four exhilarating dives at Wolf Island's famous dive sites: Shark Bay, El Derrumbe, Islote La Ventana, and La Banana. Wolf Island, hailed as "The Meca of sharks," lives up to its reputation, granting divers the privilege of swimming alongside several awe-inspiring shark species, dolphins, turtles, eagle rays, and vibrant schools of fish. Delve into the underwater caverns and tunnels that adorn this captivating island, marveling at the astonishing marine life. As night falls, the anchorage becomes the ideal spot for an unforgettable night dive, where the mystical Galapagos red-lipped batfish takes center stage.

The much-anticipated day at Darwin Island has arrived, and up to four dives await us at the iconic The Arch and El Arenal dive sites. Hailed as one of the world's best diving spots, Darwin Island offers a breathtaking underwater spectacle. As we descend into the deep blue, we'll have the chance to encounter a diverse range of sharks, playful dolphins, graceful turtles, majestic eagle rays, and a kaleidoscope of colorful fishes. Swimming with whale sharks - wow
- Britney
I’ve been waiting a long time to dive in the Galapagos Islands; I chose Nortada because a friend of mine recommend it. Excellent experience, diving in Galapagos is the best experience ever! Being in the same water with a whale shark is something I’ll never forget. It felt fear and happiness all at the same time. Nortada was the perfect ship; the tour guide Pedro is a skilled diver. Without him, we wouldn’t have seen everything we saw.
The best diving ever
- Charlamagne
It was a pretty pricey voyage, but hey, it’s a world-class boat, and seeing the Galapagos made it all worth it. Value for money. I’ve been diving for 15 years, and this is the best experience I had. Sharks swim close to you without taking care of your presence. I could see a massive school of rays swimming two meters from me; I couldn’t believe. In Galapagos, the wildlife is so friendly.
Top class

My favorite diving destinations in the world

It is my third time doing this Galapagos cruise, and the islands still remain as my favorite diving destinations in the world. Couple this with the friendliness of the Nortada crew and you have yourself the perfect Cruise you could ever wish for.
