
Our Executive Chef Cecilia Cedeño, owner of Muya Cocina Gourmet, is a firm believer of bringing people together throught Ancestral Cuisine.Her philosophy is based on reinverting and elevating local flavors using organic ingredients which are prepared fresh following traditional techniques from ancient times, such as cookink over wood-fired ovens or using plantain leaves.
True farm to table exoeriences take along the coast in a variety of sceneries such as a cocoa bean plantation, a fishing village or an ancient Hacienda. Unusual natural settings where a tasting menu of typycal dishes will recipes carefully carried from one generation to the next.

To complement our gastronomic experience, we are proud showcase locally produced premium wines from Bodega Dos Hemisferios, a unique vineyard located in the Ecuadorian coastline, whose wines are a tribute to our profilic land and perfect pairing to our local ancestral cuisine.
