Pikaia Lodge has rolled out a set of booking incentives for its all-inclusive, land-based Galapagos adventure programs, including a free extra night for longer stays, a one-time dining experience tied to 7-night packages, a complimentary mainland Ecuador hotel night for select 2026 travel dates, and a summer-season benefit for families that covers one child’s Galapagos National Park fee.
The offers apply to new reservations only and come with separate booking deadlines, travel windows, and blackout periods. For more trip options and itineraries, visit our Galapagos Tours page. In multiple cases, Pikaia Lodge notes the promotions are subject to availability, can’t be combined with other deals, and are non-refundable.

The “Stay Longer” promotion is tied to Pikaia’s all-inclusive adventure programs that combine guided land explorations with private yacht navigation aboard M/Y Vision Pikaia. Guests who book a 5-night or longer all-inclusive program receive an additional night at the lodge on a bed-and-breakfast basis.
For travelers booking the 7-night all-inclusive program, Pikaia is also advertising “Under the Galapagos Sky,” a one-night signature tasting menu experience under the stars, paired with selected wines. The lodge describes it as an on-property dining event offered once per stay with no cash value and notes that availability can depend on weather conditions.
A separate promotion, “Seamless Arrival and Departure,” adds one complimentary hotel night on mainland Ecuador in either Quito or Guayaquil for guests booking five nights or more at Pikaia Lodge. The complimentary night is positioned as a buffer for international arrivals or departures, but the lodge specifies that mainland transportation is not included and that the hotel is selected by Pikaia Lodge, subject to availability.
For families traveling during the northern summer, Pikaia is offering a “Family Adventure Bonus” that covers the Galapagos National Park fee for one child age 11 or younger when a family books an all-inclusive adventure program of four nights or more. The benefit is limited to stays during June, July, and August.
To round out the stay, travelers can also opt for the 8-day Galapagos Luxury Adventure at Pikaia Lodge, a land-and-yacht itinerary that includes guided hikes, snorkeling, wildlife encounters, and visits to sites such as South Plaza, Santa Fe, North Seymour, and Bartolome.

RequestFor the extra-night promotion, Pikaia Lodge lists a booking deadline requiring reservations to be confirmed and paid in full by February 15, 2026. It applies to arrivals through May 31, 2026, is subject to availability, and can’t be combined with other promotions. The lodge also notes blackout dates apply, the offer is non-refundable, and Pikaia Lodge may modify or withdraw the offer at any time.
The mainland Ecuador hotel-night promotion uses the same booking deadline, confirmed and paid in full by February 15, 2026—but has a different travel window: arrivals between July 1 and December 15, 2026. The lodge limits the benefit to one courtesy room per reservation, excludes the festive season, and states the mainland hotel is subject to availability and chosen by Pikaia Lodge. As with the other offers, it can’t be combined with additional promotions, blackout dates apply, and the offer is non-refundable.
For the 7-night tasting experience, the booking window is listed as reservations confirmed and paid with an initial deposit by February 28, 2026. Pikaia lists specific blackout dates: February 14; Spring Break from March 14 through April 12; Thanksgiving from November 23 through November 30; and Festive season from December 20 through January 3. The lodge also flags weather as a factor and says the experience can’t be combined with other offers.
The family promotion also uses an initial-deposit booking deadline of February 28, 2026, and is limited to new reservations. It applies to a minimum stay of four nights within an all-inclusive adventure program, covers the national park fee for one child age 11 or younger, and is restricted to stays in June, July, and August. The lodge notes the offer is subject to availability, has blackout dates, can’t be combined with other promotions, and is non-refundable.
Across the offers, Pikaia Lodge’s terms repeatedly emphasize availability limits, blackout periods, and a no-refund policy, with different booking and travel windows depending on which benefit a guest is aiming to use.
